The East Ridge vineyard of the White Crane winery is the source of the grape varietal used in this rich and robust 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon. This exceptional Winery is located in a prominent wine making region in California known as the Livermore Valley.
Aged in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels for 17 months this White Crane Cab has an intense, ripe fruit flavor, with a hints of oak, chocolate and ripe strawberries. This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits balance and finesse as well as chewy tannins and a rich, long finish. There were only 275 cases of this exquisite wine produced by the White Crane winery. This Cabernet is enjoyable for well over 15 years of the bottling date.
