Fresh, crisp, and slightly dry, this Pinot Grigio exhibits a wonderful bouquet of ripe citrus, pineapple, and apple that seems to burst out of the glass.

This Pinot Grigio is grown in Clarksburg, California, an area well known for high quality white wine grapes. During the growing season, the grower employs several yield reducing techniques which develop grapes with deep complex flavors.

Immediately after harvest, the grapes were gently pressed capturing the grapes natural fruitiness and acidity. The juice was then cold fermented and aged only in stainless steel tanks to retain the fruity citrus flavors of the ripened grapes. Just before bottling, they blended 10% Chardonnay to add a bit more depth to the nose giving this wine its hint of apple aroma.
