The Hayman & Hill winemaking philosophy is simply to seek out the finest quality grapes where they grow best. Their winemaking team travels far and wide to find hidden parcels of high quality fruit to produce their single-appellation wines.

Our quest for the finest Riesling took us to Washington. We drove east, away from the rain clouds, over the mountains to Columbia Valley. The slow and steady ripening conditions allow us to craft our ideal wine – subtle pear and floral aromas with a hint of sweetness, and a crisp finish that is beautifully balanced.
