This 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon from Niner Winery starts off with the delicious aromas of blueberries, blackberries, chocolate mint and cherries. Cinnamon spice and a touch of vanilla and toasty oak quickly follow. This Cab softly approaches the mouth with up-front tannins, and a long and fruitful finish.
Founded in 2001, the Niner Winery dedicated itself to making high quality wines in the Paso Robles region of California; using only their estate-grown grapes in the creation of their wines.
Niner Winery is made up an exceptional team of individuals who share one mission; they want to produce fantastic wines using only the grapes grown in their own Paso Robles region. Each of this winery's team members brings a different set of skills to the project and it's the combination of these talents that produces both the exceptional fruit and the resulting world-class wines.
