There is probably no place in the world with such wine producing variety as the California winery regions. California wine growers produce a very wide variety of wines such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Viognier, Merlot, Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel and Gamay just to name a few.

A one or two day visit to the California wine country is only a teaser as those who have made the journey can attest. One could spend a month traveling through California, tasting its exquisite wines and still feel as though they have just begun to scratch the surface.
