We choose our private label wines & Champagne very carefully and put an emphasis on their drink-ability. Our personalized label wines are made to be enjoyed by the most seasoned connoisseurs as well as the beginning wine drinkers, and our custom bottles of Champagne will delight everyone who enjoys a nice glass of "bubbly".

Cabernet Sauvignon - A natural character California Cabernet Sauvignon. This deep-red wine's complex vine-fruit layers, redolent of blackberry with traces of chocolate and licorice, make it a very popular choice. Firm tannic structure, full body and great balance give this Cabernet a long, full finish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is designed to age with great dignity, however it also tastes wonderful right now, in its youth. This wine has a powerful, rich and long-lasting flavor with great finesse. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, the true character of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are brought to life, without any oak flavoring.

Merlot - A wonderfully balanced California Merlot. This beautiful, deep ruby-red wine holds astounding vine-berry richness with a hint of light cherry. Our Merlot has a robust tannin, acid, and fruit structure, a full body and great balance which provide a long lasting finish and allow this wine to age with dignity. This demanding wine with its slightly dusty, smooth finish lovingly caresses the tongue with each sip. Drink it now or cellar it for future enjoyment.

Chardonnay - A delightful California Chardonnay. Golden straw in color, our Chardonnay is exceptionally smooth on the palate, combing a sweetness of honeysuckle with fresh tropic breezes. This is a medium to full bodied wine with a long-lasting flavor. This wine is produced entirely in stainless steel tanks to bring out the true flavor and character of the Chardonnay grapes. Quite simply, a wonderful wine.

Pinot Grigio - A crisp California Pinot Grigio. Bright yellow in color with a light straw tint, this wonderful wine develops intense fruit and nut aromas, with honey scents and flavors. Our private label Pinot Grigio has a very pleasant mouth feel, with mandarin, pineapple, grapefruit and peach notes. The silky texture, a unique characteristic of Pinot Grigio, culminates in a crisp, medium-dry finish. Pinot Grigio is fast becoming California's new "darling wine" and we decided to treat our clients to this wonderful, exciting wine. We are sure you will not be disappointed.

California Champagne – Our personalized Champagne is a crisp, refreshing sparkling wine filled with bubbles and fun! Pear and pineapple nuances leap out of this sparkler with lively flavors of crisp green apple. A toasty, coconut finish completes this delightfully refreshing Champagne. Multiple varieties, vintages, and California Coastal appellations are blended to assure the consistent quality of every bottle.
