Be sure to:

Attach your label design artwork to the email
Include the following text in the Subject Line of the email: Label for "Last Name". The "Last Name" should be the last name that is on the credit card you will be using for this order.

If you do not have the artwork ready or available now, you can always email it to us later. Simply respond to the Order Confirmation which we will email you after you place your order, and attach it then. Be sure your order number is in the Subject Line of the email.

Products that contain alcohol can not be shipped to KY, MA, OK, SD, TX, UT, or VA

Choose this product if you have created your own design that you want us to print on the label, and put on the bottle to create your one-of-a-kind personalized Champagne or personalized wine. We will take your graphic, exactly as you send it to us, and create a label from it.

Please click the "Label Design Details" link above, and read the label specifications very carefully and follow the guidelines closely so there is no delay in printing.

If you require us to do any work on your graphic or make additions, touch-ups, wording, etc, we are happy to do it for an additional fee. Please call for pricing.
