I was very pleased with this site, and I placed an order. As luck would have it, I messed it up. The most important thing to me when shopping online, next to security, is Customer Service. How the occasional 'glitches' are handled are extremely important. When I called the "800" number for assistance, a real live person, Megan, answered the phone, and despite my lack of pertinent information to assist her, she found the order, made the corrections I requested, and sent me a confirmation.
