The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Selected Vineyards is just one of the award-winning wines produced by the historic Concannon winery in Livermore, California. Since 1883 this winery has been hand crafting fine wine from grapes grown by select Central Coast vineyards. It is in this region where an unmatched diversity of grapes is grown due to the multitude of microclimates in the area.

This Cabernet is an exceptionally well-balanced wine exhibiting a rich nose of cherry and plum fruit flavors, with hints of chocolate and vanilla oak. A flavorful palate shows pomegranate and rhubarb with more oak overtones. The exquisite full finish has hints of sweet tobacco.
